Development, a 20-year-old firm providing programs in personal and professional development for all ages. She created I.M.A.G.E. Development to assist individuals to refine their interpersonal skills, enhance their attributes and maximize their strengths. Ms. Bandy is a certified image and etiquette consultant. She also has all current clearances to work with children.</p><p>Her background includes a degree in elementary education with a specialty in Early Childhood. She has trained with nationally known Susan Bixler of the Professional Image Institute in Atlanta, Georgia and has done advanced executive training with internationally known Lynn Henderson Marks of the London Image Institute. She is also a graduate of the American School of Protocol.</p><p>Ms. Bandy’s skills as an educator are exemplified in her customized seminars, workshops and private tutorials. Equitable Gas Company, INROADS, Upward Bound, Girl Scouts of America and various schools have benefited from her training. She is often referred to as a communicator’s communicator.</p><p>Elaine has written articles on business protocol and personal image; her interviews include radio and talk shows. The Youth Enrichment Programs are designed to teach personal development, interpersonal skills and etiquette.
